Land N Sea

Some work I did on a logo for a friend's restaurant which would include a menu that offered items from Cantonese cuisine as well as Cajun-Style seafood boils.

The project involved me looking into both styles of cooking and their individual histories. This research allowed me to see what made each fare unique and also revealed similarities between the two cooking styles (common ingredients, etc.).

Included are some sketches I did of ingredients used in each cuisine. The typography presented used the a Antera Distance typeface; which I modified slightly.
